Kenneth Randall passed away on Jan. 1, 2011, in Henderson, after a lengthy illness. He was born Oct. 8, 1960, in Phillipsburg, N.J. and was a 15-year resident of Pahrump. Phyllis Ardis Sheppard, 89, passed away Jan. 18, 2011, in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 11, 1921, in Bronx, N.Y., and was a resident of Pahrump for two years, coming from Simi Valley, Calif.
