Local author hosts signing event

Local romance author Alexandra Forry has found her niche in creating novels that capture the romantic in everyone.

Forry lives with cerebral palsy and is described as “amazing” by those who are close to her.

Her talent for painting pictures with words lends suspense and excitement to her books.

“Omerta Affair” links the Chicago mafia to its brotherhood in Las Vegas and tells the tale of an intricate love triangle from years gone by. After the last member of the love triangle has passed, the relatives are left to discern the truth, which in turn creates its own path and brings old hatred and new alliances to the forefront.

Forry will be signing copies of her book from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sept. 29 at Off 160 Coffee House, 1330 S. Highway 160, in Beverly Plaza.

Forry’s website is alexandraforry.com and the book is also for sale on Amazon.com.
