The Miss Pahrump Pageant has begun recruiting young women wanting to participate in the 2013 event scheduled for June 22 at Saddle West.
Pageant committee chairman Debra Bowman said the information packets are available in the school offices of Pahrump Valley High School, Rosemary Clarke Middle School, Pathways and CCA.
The contest is open to girls who will be 13 years of age through 18, and entering freshman through senior in 2013-14.
There will be a mandatory orientation meeting, which is also the deadline, at 5:30 p.m., April 16, at Wulfy’s.
