Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Oct. 7 – Oct. 11: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — herb baked chicken, potatoes au gratin, glazed carrots, fruit cup;

Tuesday — meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, ice cream;

Wednesday — sweet and sour pork, white rice, cake;

Thursday — Swedish meatballs, zucchini, fruit;

Friday — tilapia, rice, mixed veggies, cake.

Monday — beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 1 p.m.; hair cuts, 9 a.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; Senior Dimensions open enrollment, 9:30 a.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; Better Business Bureau fraud seminar, 9:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Oct. 7 – Oct.11:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday — Dixieland shortcake, black-eye peas, garden salad, brownies;

Tuesday — pork chops, mashed potatoes with gravy, Brussels sprouts, Waldorf salad, gingerbread;

Wednesday — spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, green salad, zucchini, oatmeal cookie;

Thursday — lemon baked fish, broccoli stuffed potatoes, steamed carrots, beet salad, whole wheat bread, melon;

Friday — Breakfast: potato omelet with ham, whole wheat toast, oatmeal, mixed fruit, coffee, orange juice, tea.
