Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Nov. 18 – Nov. 22: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — cheese enchilada, Spanish rice, mexicorn, churros;

Tuesday — cowboy casserole, green beans, brownies;

Wednesday — pulled pork sandwich, summer squash, potato wedges, fruit cup;

Thursday — Salisbury steak, potatoes au gratin, creamed peas, cake;

Friday — baked chicken cordon bleu, Brussels sprouts, parsley potatoes, ice cream.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m.; seminar on avoiding fraud, 9:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; United Healthcare open enrollment, 9:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Stovall legal services, call 727-5008 for appointment; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Nov. 18 – Nov. 22:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — lemon baked fish, wild rice, French-style green beans, sugar cookie;

Tuesday — beef stew, cornbread, fruit plate;

Wednesday — pork chow mein, egg drop soup, egg roll, Mandarin oranges;

Thursday — turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, green bean casserole, candied yams, apple cider, pumpkin pie;

Friday — Breakfast: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, peaches, coffee, orange juice, tea.
