• Joseph Vance Growden was charged on July 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol; driving while license cancelled, revoked, or suspended; operating a vehicle without proper registration; and movement and signals for turning.

• Joseph L. Castiglione was charged on July 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Mindy Jane Allen was charged on July 24 with child endangerment, five counts.

• Cristobal Luna was charged on July 24 with fraudulent use of a credit card.

• Jonathan Teo Mika was charged on July 24 with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act.

• Justin McIntosh Coday was charged on Aug. 1 with theft and conspiracy to commit theft.

• Kreg Scott Koehler was charged on Aug. 1 with theft and conspiracy to commit theft.

• Clinton Leon Brooks was charged on Aug. 1 with unlawful use of a controlled substance.
