The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.
• Freddy Greene was charged on July 25 with lewdness with a child under 14 years of age and child abuse and neglect, both felonies.
• Bobby Wayne Webber was charged on August 2 with assault with a deadly weapon, two counts, a felony; aiming a firearm at a human being, two counts, a gross misdemeanor and obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.
• Kevin David Elefante was charged on July 8 with trafficking in schedule I controlled substances, 28 grams or more; manufacturing a controlled substance; knowingly keeping or maintaining place where controlled substances are unlawfully used, kept or sold; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedule I or II), first offense; and possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.
• Toya Tina Tallie was charged on July 26 with battery, a misdemeanor.
• Amelia Raymonique Adams was charged on July 26 with battery, three counts; injury to other property; obstructing a public officer; and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.
• Michael Raymond Plemon was charged on July 25 with reckless endangerment, a gross misdemeanor.
• Talisha T. Tallie was charged on July 29 with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
• Bobby Edward Jordan was charged on July 29 with domestic battery and battery, both misdemeanors.
• Riley William Mitchell was charged on August 2 with unlawful trespass upon land, disturbing the peace and criminal contempt, all misdemeanors.
• Sammy Wade Warren was charged on August 3 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
• Tracy Blake Ponn was charged on August 2 with domestic battery and assault, both misdemeanors.
