District Attorney’s report • Dec. 16

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Blake Anthony Drouillard was charged on Nov. 10 with reckless driving causing death or substantial bodily harm, two counts; child abuse or neglect resulting in substantial bodily or mental harm, two counts and child abuse or neglect, all felonies.

• Christopher Arnold Goergen was charged on Nov. 28 with burglary, a felony.

• Sarah B. Genshaw was charged on Nov. 30 with battery causing substantial bodily harm and battery with a deadly weapon, both felonies; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Robert Andrew Garcia was charged on Dec. 1 with trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance and transportation of a controlled substance, first offense, both felonies.

• Saida M. Ramirez was charged on Dec. 1 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Lucas Marshall Partain was charged on Dec. 2 with robbery with use of a deadly weapon, burglary, and conspiracy to commit robbery, all felonies; and conspiracy to commit burglary, a gross misdemeanor.

• Joseph T. Nelson was charged on Dec. 2 with robbery with use of a deadly weapon, burglary, and conspiracy to commit robbery, all felonies; and conspiracy to commit burglary, a gross misdemeanor.

• Howard Leeroy Husted was charged on Dec. 5 with child abuse or neglect, a felony.

• Tracie Michelle Carlton was charged on Dec. 5 with burglary; theft from an older person, $3500 or more; and unlawful use of a controlled substance, two counts, all felonies.

• Edward M. Palaski Jr., was charged on Dec. 6 with unlawful use of a controlled substance; burglary; and possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.

• Shianne Barrera was charged on Nov. 23 with conspiracy to commit theft, a gross misdemeanor and petit larceny and contributory delinquency, both misdemeanors.

• Blake Anthony Drouillard was charged on Nov. 17 with driving without a valid license and failure to wear and/or require child passenger to wear safety belt.

• Mackenzie James Ross was charged on Nov. 30 with obstructing a public officer, two counts and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Damon L. Goffe was charged on Nov. 28 with unlawful trespass upon land, a misdemeanor.

• Miles Joseph Samland was charged on Nov. 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• David Anthony Tassler was charged on Dec. 5 with battery, a misdemeanor.
