The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Jeremy Calvin was charged on Oct. 3 with grand larceny of firearm, a felony and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Allen James Betties was charged on Oct. 14 with child abuse and neglect, a felony.

• Justin Wentworth was charged on Nov. 2 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Aaron Seth Taylor was charged on Nov. 2 with possession of a controlled substance; unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies; and unlawful possession of a hypodermic device and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Rodney L. Mott was charged on Nov. 4 with burglary and possession or sale of document or personal identifying information to establish false status or identity, both felonies.

• William Leray Floyd Darling was charged on Nov. 7 with child abuse and neglect, a felony.

• Nathan Michael Harris was charged on Nov. 7 with offense involving stolen vehicle and possession of instrument with burglarious intent, both felonies.

• Nicholas Charles Henry Farnham was charged on Nov. 8 with embezzlement of motor vehicle, a felony.

• Scott Gene Strahan was charged on Nov. 9 with attempted robbery, two counts; a felony; and possession of dangerous drug without prescription, a gross misdemeanor.

• Janette P. Sweat was charged on Nov. 9 with unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; and possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain travel lane, and driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, all misdemeanors.

• Thomas Eugene Watson was charged on Oct. 25 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• David Gail Andrews was charged on Oct. 17 with harassment, first offense, two counts; injury to other property, both misdemeanors.

• Katana Bowers was charged on Oct. 3 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Daniel Bolander was charged on Sept. 26 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Leron C. Allen was charged on Oct. 3 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Richard Michael Thomas Burnell was charged on Sept. 29 with injury to other property, a misdemeanor.

• Jermaine Trotter was charged on Oct. 26 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Heather Perry was charged on Oct. 31 with permit required, a misdemeanor.

• Zachary Pryor was charged on Oct. 31 with permit required, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Carlson Campbell was charged on Nov. 3 with operating motor vehicle without registration or plate; possession of fictitious, cancelled, revoked, suspended or altered registration or plate, two counts; security for payment of tort liabilities required; and driving without a valid license, all misdemeanors.

• Mary Sinohiu was charged on Nov. 3 with battery, a misdemeanor.

Bobbie Christine Bentz was charged on Nov. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol; speeding, 11 to 20 mph over; unsafe turn or stop, two counts; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle; and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.

• Marcelino Garces-Trinidad was charged on Nov. 4 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Geraldine Yvonne Conrad was charged on Nov. 4 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Douglas C. Oleson was charged on Nov. 4 with obstructing a public officer, resisting public officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, and aggressive driving, all misdemeanors.

• Henry Rex Owens was charged on Nov. 4 with obtaining money under false pretenses, a felony; and engaging in business or submitting bid without license unlawful; bid submitted in violation of this section void, a misdemeanor.

• Alan Richard Hare was charged on Nov. 7 with obstructing public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Thomas Dean Seidschlaw was charged on Nov. 9 with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, both misdemeanors.
