The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office:

David Albert Allsopp was charged on Jan. 24 with offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to schedule I or II controlled substance, second offense; attempted conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedule I or II), with priors; and habitual criminal, all felonies.

• Michael Edward Houlihan was charged on March 8 with propelling human excrement or bodily fluid containing communicable disease, two counts; and habitual criminal; both felonies.

• Denzel Lamar Holman was charged on March 14 with convicted sex offender failure to register, a felony.

• Aaron Eugene Cozad was charged on March 17 with battery with use of a deadly weapon, two counts, a felony.

• Matthew Ryan Clark was charged on March 20 with identity theft, a felony.

• Angeleica Elaine Arnold aka Angelica Elaine Arnold was charged on March 22 with child abuse or neglect, a felony.

• Priscella Marie Arnold was charged on March 22 with child abuse or neglect, a felony.

• Sally Arnold was charged on March 22 with child abuse or neglect, a felony.

• Mark Raymond Kirby was charged on March 23 with child abuse, eight counts; coercion; and assault with a deadly weapon, all felonies.

• Shauna Le Gibbons was charged on March 25 with luring a child, two counts; and indecent or obscene exposure, both gross misdemeanors; and loitering where children congregate, a misdemeanor.

• Roland George Anderson was charged on Feb. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Daniel Leroy Antill was charged on March 13 with petit larceny and offense involving stolen property, both misdemeanors.

• Wyatt A. Stabenow was charged on March 14 with failure to maintain travel lane, a misdemeanor.

• Sally Christina Walsh was charged on March 14 with unlawful trespass upon land; petit larceny; and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, all misdemeanors.

• Aqua M. Manning was charged on March 14 with unlawful trespass upon land; petit larceny; and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, all misdemeanors.

• Gabriel Bautista-Garcia was charged on March 16 with domestic battery and coercion, both misdemeanors.

• Chrisie Lynn Davis was charged on March 20 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Misty A. Durk was charged on March 21 with battery and injury to other property ($25 to $250), both misdemeanors.

• Jack Freeland Allen was charged on March 22 with unlawful trespass upon land, a misdemeanor.
