Nye County District Attorney’s report

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Lance Anthony Nelson was charged on Oct. 26 with possession of a controlled substance, with priors, a felony; and resisting public officer and obstructing a public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Duane Andrew Johnson was charged on Nov. 2 with failure to appear after admission to bail, a felony.

• Janell M. Ehry was charged on Nov. 6 with burglary, a felony; and conspiracy to commit burglary, a gross misdemeanor.

• Jamie Foster was charged on Nov. 6 with burglary, a felony; and conspiracy to commit burglary, a gross misdemeanor.

• Tyler Scott Chandler was charged on Nov. 6 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Malinda Rebecca Carson was charged on Nov. 6 with theft, $650 or more, a felony.

• Kyle Ray Batalias was charged on Nov. 6 with offense involving stolen vehicle, a felony; and obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Stephanie Jo Kerns was charged on Nov. 7 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Brian Philip Hanscom was charged on Nov. 7 with unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood or urine and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Gabriela Jimenez was charged on Nov. 7 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Erin Renee Berkness was charged on Oct. 19 with unlawful taking of a vehicle, a gross misdemeanor.

• Robert Glenn Alger was charged on Oct. 18 with throwing substance at or willfully damaging bicycle or motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

• Alyssa Corrin Dixon was charged on Oct. 20 with purchase, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverage by minor, a misdemeanor.

• James John Wilde was charged on Nov. 3 with violation of temporary or extended domestic violence protective order, a misdemeanor.

• Holly J. Wills was charged on Nov. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol; and possession of a firearm when under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or other intoxicating substance, both misdemeanors.

• Irene Zoe Ella Gibson was charged on Nov. 7 with battery, a misdemeanor.
