Horizon Markets

775-727-4100

age: 42

Years in business: “I have over 22 years of business experience.”

Background: “I graduated from UNLV in engineering but taught myself business. I started off in radio sales in Las Vegas and then opened an advertising agency. I am now the new owner of Horizon Markets in Pahrump. I am a self-taught businessman.”

First job: “I bused tables at a restaurant.”

Personal: “I am an avid skydiver and have been doing it for the past four years. I also like to spend time with my wife and family.”

Business climate: “Pahrump has a stable business environment for retail and it’s more stable than in Las Vegas. Vegas can be unpredictable, and it’s hard to tell where that economy is going. I like the steady growth out here and that’s why I bought Horizon Markets. The growth and the consistency of the markets are why I bought Horizon.”
