Parker Hart signs his college letter of intent for Black Hawk College, a small college in Moline, Illinois, while his mother, Laura Daun looks on. Hart will be playing baseball and is a three-sport athlete for the Trojans, playing football, basketball and baseball.

On Monday, before the Trojans softball game with Desert Pines, the Pahrump VFW Post 10054 presented the Trojans softball team with a check for $1,884, which was raised by the VFW at the annual softball charity game at the beginning of the season.

Sitting undefeated in the 3A South-Mountain baseball standings, the Pahrump Valley Trojans got their fifth win in a row.
