PVHS freshman Reagan Adams takes three first place karate trophies for form and weapons at the 2016 USA Winter Internationals karate tournament held at the Westgate Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Jan. 30.

Annual Mom’s Diner Super Nye County Coaches Super Bowl Contest

Mom’s Diner donated a meal for two for the coaches that win the contest. The Nye County high school coaches gave combined points for halftime and the end of the game along with the winner of the Super Bowl. Good luck coaches and thanks for all your service to our kids.

Adult Softball

Season starts March 7.

The league has women’s on Monday nights, co-ed on Tuesday and men’s on Thursday. Depending on the number of teams that sign up, we also have Wednesday and Friday available for play. Games start at 7:30 p.m. League fees for the teams to play is $200 for the spring season.
