• Joseph Brandon Tarragano Jr., was charged on Oct. 15 with invasion of the home and habitual criminal, both felonies.

• Eric William Childs was charged on Oct. 12 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Yvonne Marie Aldana was charged on Oct. 6 with burglary and second degree kidnapping, both felonies; and conspiracy to commit battery, a gross misdemeanor.

• Kyley Porter Hayes was charged on Oct. 6 with burglary and battery by strangulation, both felonies; and conspiracy to commit battery, a gross misdemeanor.

• Donnessa Carol Harden was charged on Oct. 8 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; walking on highway where sidewalk is provided; walking along highway where sidewalk not provided; unlawful possession of a hypodermic device, two counts; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• Matthew Aaron Hyatt was charged on Sept. 22 with burglary, four counts; possession of a controlled substance; and unlawful use of a controlled substance, all felonies; injury to other property, three counts, a gross misdemeanor; and theft, two counts, a misdemeanor.

• Kylie A. Chaidez was charged on Sept. 29 with residential burglary and grand larceny, both felonies; conspiracy to commit grand larceny and conspiracy to commit residential burglary, both gross misdemeanors.

• Julie Ann Shantz was charged on Sept. 29 with residential burglary and grand larceny; and offense involving stolen property, all felonies; conspiracy to commit grand larceny and conspiracy to commit residential burglary, both gross misdemeanors.

• Charles Dow Spence III was charged on Oct. 13 with injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle, a gross misdemeanor, and injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

• Jaime Omar Nevarez-Rascon was charged on Sept. 21 with domestic battery and assault, both misdemeanors.

• Bryan James Alan was charged on Sept. 22 with annoying telephone calls, a misdemeanor.

• Juan Dedios Estrada-Sainz was charged on Oct. 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle; and driving without a valid license, all misdemeanors.

Gary Dee Schneider was charged on Oct. 14 with duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property, a misdemeanor.

• Milton Craig Miller was charged on Oct. 13 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Sonya Mills was charged on Oct. 13 with permitting animal to attack animal of another and running at large, both misdemeanors.
