Monday – Chicken Caesar salad, carrot/celery sticks, whole wheat roll, yogurt pie, navy bean soup;
Tuesday — Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, salad, fruit, soup;
Wednesday – BBQ chicken, potato salad, spinach, corn, seven-grain bread, banana, soup;
Thursday — Cold turkey sandwich with cheese, beets, lettuce and tomato salad, fruit, black-eyed pea soup;
Friday – Stuffed bell pepper, spinach noodles, mixed greens, fat-free Italian dressing, garlic bread, apricots, soup.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center
The menu (subject to change) for the week of Aug. 21 – Aug. 25:
One percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Monday — Shishkabob, brown rice pilaf, colorful salad, fat-free creamy Italian dressing, whole wheat bread, apple butter, sliced strawberries;
Tuesday — Hot turkey sandwich, peas and carrots, tomatoes vinaigrette, oatmeal raisin cookies, fresh orange sections;
Wednesday — Baked pork chop, herbed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, seven-grain bread;
Thursday — BBQ pork ribs, steamed rice, Brussel sprouts, three-bean salad, fresh apple;
Friday — Cheese omelet, hash browns, applesauce blueberry muffin, fruit cocktail, plain non-fat Greek yogurt, orange juice.
Beatty Senior Center
The menu (subject to change) for the week of Aug. 21 – Aug. 25:
One percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Tuesday — Egg and sausage bake, apricots, oatmeal, orange juice;
Wednesday – Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas, peaches, chocolate pudding;
Thursday — Taco casserole, Spanish rice, pinto beans, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread, banana, fruit juice.
