Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Jan. 25– Jan. 29. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — Swedish meatballs, Normandy vegetables, pudding, soup;

Tuesday — chicken fajita, Spanish rice, refried beans, corn, ice cream, soup;

Wednesday — Philly cheese steak, fries, green beans, brownie, soup;

Thursday — pork chop, stuffing, squash, baked apple, soup;

Friday – lemon baked cod, tater tots, asparagus, fruit cup, soup.

 

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; exercise, 9:30 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Alzheimer’s Association seminar, 10 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Blind Support, 12:30 p.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; haircuts, 1 – 3 p.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

 

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Jan. 25 – Jan. 29

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — turkey chili, cornbread, ambrosia, mixed green salad;

Tuesday — spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, pears and cottage cheese, cake surprise, salad bar;

Wednesday — lemon baked fish, coleslaw, steamed zucchini, pears;

Thursday — meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, whole wheat roll, Jell-O with fruit, corn chowder;

Friday — eggs, hash browns, whole wheat bagel, pineapple chunks, oatmeal, orange juice.

 

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Jan. 25 – Jan. 29

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Monday — turkey enchiladas, black beans, peas, Jell-O with mixed fruit;

Tuesday — BBQ chicken, roasted vegetables, broccoli salad, cracked wheat bread, apricot butter, fruited gelatin dessert;

Wednesday — cod fish fillet, peas, pears, lemon cake;

Thursday — meatloaf, citrus couscous salad, Brussel sprouts, garden salad, Italian dressing, fruit cocktail;

Friday — chicken and dumplings, carrots, peas, peaches, birthday cake and ice cream.
