Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Feb. 1 – Feb. 5. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — BBQ chicken, potato salad, corn, bread, orange/banana, soup;

Tuesday — hot pastrami sandwich, coleslaw, cake, soup;

Wednesday — kielbasa, potatoes, sauerkraut, applesauce, soup;

Thursday — spinach Alfredo, glazed carrots, yogurt, soup;

Friday – meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, salad w/tomato, whole wheat bread, fruit cup, soup.

 

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; haircuts, 1 – 3 p.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Nathan Adelson Hospice Seminar “Palliative Care,” 10 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

 

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Feb. 1 – Feb. 5

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — baked chicken tenders, French baked potatoes, steamed spinach, ambrosia, pudding;

Tuesday — beef stir fry, steamed white rice, beet salad, whole wheat roll, fruit cocktail w/juice;

Wednesday — pork chops w/apple rings, red pepper couscous, zucchini, carrot raisin salad, whole wheat roll;

Thursday — lemon baked fish, brown rice, squash, three bean salad, whole wheat roll, fruit cocktail;

Friday — Spanish omelet, bacon, hash browns, peaches, yogurt.

 

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Feb. 1 – Feb. 5

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Monday — biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, banana, orange juice;

Tuesday — taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread, pineapple, punch

Wednesday — herb baked chicken, baked potato, fat free sour cream, chives, herbed veggie medley, whole wheat bread, apple;

Thursday — supreme pizza, beets, melon, pudding;

Friday — fish and chips, coleslaw, corn on the cob, peaches, cookie.
