Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of July 11 – July 15. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday – Open-faced turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, corn, colorful salad, pudding w/fruit, soup;

Tuesday — Ravioli w/meat sauce, zucchini, salad, garlic toast, fruit cup, lentil soup;

Wednesday — Pork chop suey, rice, carrots, apple salad, whole wheat bread, soup;

Thursday — Chicken Cordon Bleu, parsley potatoes, green beans, salad, cake, soup;

Friday – Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, salad w/tomato, whole wheat bread, fruit cup, soup.

Activities

Monday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Clinicians bp checks, 10 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Wednesday — Humana, 10 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Rippits (knitting/crocheting), 10 a.m.; haircuts, 1 -3 p.m.;

Friday — T.O.P.S. meeting, 7 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of July 11 – July 15:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, peaches;

Tuesday — Turkey pot pie, mixed green salad, fat-free creamy Italian dressing, seven-grain bread, peach jam, baked apple;

Wednesday — Chicken tenders, oven fries, steamed sweet peas, mixed fruit, chocolate pudding;

Thursday — Thin and crispy pizza, savory style beans, bean combo, tossed calico vegetable salad, creamy Italian dressing, applesauce;

Friday — Pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, oatmeal, pears, orange juice.

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of July 11 – July 15:

Two percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday — Turkey pot pie, mixed green salad, fat-free creamy Italian dressing, seven-grain bread, peach jam, baked apple;

Thursday — Thin pizza, savory style beans, bean combo, tossed calico vegetable salad, creamy Italian dressing, applesauce.
