Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Nov. 4 – Nov. 8: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — meatball subs, green beans, fruit cup;

Tuesday — fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, pudding;

Wednesday — eggplant parmesan, pasta, Normandy veggies, garlic bread, yogurt;

Thursday — country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, glazed carrots, ice cream;

Friday — salmon patty, brown rice, broccoli, bread pudding.

Activities

Monday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 1 p.m.; haircuts, 9 a.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; Senior Dimensions open enrollment, 9:30 a.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; United Healthcare open enrollment, 9:30 p.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Nov. 4 – Nov. 8:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — chicken and dumplings, rice, steamed spinach, fruit;

Tuesday — pork tenderloin, French-style green beans, wild rice, butternut squash soup, dinner roll, brownie;

Wednesday — beef casserole, steamed carrots, sliced tomatoes with oil and vinegar, peaches;

Thursday — chili, dinner roll, mixed salad, fruit plate, oatmeal cookie;

Friday — Breakfast: cheese strata with ham and tomatoes, toast, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, tea.
