Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Jan. 6 – Jan. 10: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — country fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, fruit;

Tuesday — lasagna, garlic bread, spinach, cake;

Wednesday — herb baked chicken, au gratin potatoes, green beans, apple crisp;

Thursday — Swedish meatballs, Normandy veggies, pudding;

Friday — patty melt, baked beans, broccoli, yogurt cup.

Activities

Monday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; hair cuts, 9 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;crafy ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; Humana, 9:30 a.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Jan. 6 – Jan. 10:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — braised balsamic chicken, wild rice, asparagus, dinner roll, fruit cocktail;

Tuesday — beef tips and noodles, herb vegetables, sautéed spinach, cookies;

Wednesday — herb crusted pork chops, mashed potatoes with gravy, pasta salad, dinner roll, fruited granola cup;

Thursday — chicken and broccoli rice, green beans, zucchini, birthday cake;

Friday — Breakfast: Denver scramble, bacon, hash browns, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, tea.
