Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Jan. 27 – Jan. 31. 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — stuffed bell peppers, mixed veggies, soup, ice cream;

Tuesday — grilled ham &cheese sandwich, tomato basil soup, green beans, fruit cup;

Wednesday — fried chicken, scalloped potatoes, corn, soup, yogurt;

Thursday — spaghetti &meatballs, cauliflower, spiced applesauce, soup;

Friday — baked tilapia, steamed rice, broccoli, soup, cake.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9:00 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; Prime Time Health Seminar, 9:30 a.m.; blind support, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.,

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Jan. 27 – Jan. 31:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — chicken pasta primavera, colorful salad, roasted vegetables, chocolate pudding;

Tuesday — shish kebabs, brown rice pilaf, asparagus, ambrosia;

Wednesday — meatloaf, mashed potatoes &gravy, green beans, spice cake;

Thursday — BBQ beef sandwich, potato salad, corn on the cob, frosted cherry dessert;

Friday — Breakfast – chilaquiles with egg, skillet potatoes, oatmeal, OJ, coffee, tea.
