Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Feb. 10 – Feb. 14: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — country-fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, peach crisp;

Tuesday — chicken enchilada casserole, spinach, churros;

Wednesday — spaghetti and meatballs, zucchini, spiced applesauce;

Thursday — beef stew, cornbread, peas and carrots, ice cream;

Friday — chicken cordon bleu, paesley potatoes, green beans, fruit cup.

Activities

Monday — exercise class, 10;30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; hair cuts, 9 a.m.; Republican Women meet, 7 p.m.;

Tuesday — crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; juice seminar, 9:30 a.m.; Shadow Mountain Players, 7 p.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; Humana, 9:30 a.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; U.S. Bank seminar, 9:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Feb. 10 – Feb. 14:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — liver and onions, mashed potatoes, gravy, mexicorn, whole wheat roll, pineapple upside down cake;

Tuesday — green chili cheese enchiladas, refried beans, steamed zucchini, tortilla soup;

Wednesday — chicken cacciatore with spaghetti, glazed carrots, steamed spinach, peaches and yogurt;

Thursday — rib roast, parsley potatoes, broccoli with orange sauce, chocolate cake with strawberries;

Friday — Breakfast: chicken-fried steak, white gravy, hash browns, oatmeal, orange juice, tea, coffee.
