Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of March 31 – April 4: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — Swedish meatballs over noodles, glazed carrots, cake

Tuesday — meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, ice cream;

Wednesday — chili, corn bread, fruit cup;

Thursday — country-fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, peach crisp;

Friday — cheese enchilada, Spanish rice, mexicorn, churros.

Activities

Monday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; haircuts, 9 a.m.;

Tuesday — bridge, 12:30 p.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; SHIP, 9:30 a.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; Model A car show, 10:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; nutritional remedies seminar, 9:30 a.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of March 31 – April 4:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — chicken cacciatore, glazed carrots, cucumbers in sour cream, whole wheat rolls, mixed fruit;

Tuesday — beef tacos with the fixings, refried beans, Spanish rice, corn, tapioca pudding;

Wednesday — baked chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed veggies, layered salad;

Thursday — eggplant Parmesan, garlic bread, Brussels sprouts with bacon, chocolate chip cookies;

Friday — Breakfast: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice, tea.
