Monday – Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, salad, whole wheat bread, fruit, soup;
Tuesday — Hot chicken sub, lettuce/tomato/onion, macaroni salad, peaches, black-eyed pea soup;
Wednesday – Beef patty with cheese, baked beans, lettuce/tomato/onion, fat-free mayo, low-sodium ketchup, fruit;
Thursday — Chicken Cordon Bleu, parsley potatoes, carrots, lentil soup;
Friday – Battered cod, rice pilaf, green beans, fruit, soup.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center
The menu (subject to change) for the week of Sept. 18 – Sept. 22:
One percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Monday — Beef pot roast, potato and herbs, carrots, garden salad, banana;
Tuesday — Chicken Parmesan, spinach noodles, California blend veggies, orange-spinach salad, toasted whole wheat breadstick, fruit cocktail, apple juice;
Wednesday — Beef vegetable soup, sweet Italian sausage w/red peppers and onions, Polenta, steamed broccoli, mixed green salad, banana;
Thursday — Green chile enchiladas, refried beans, Mexi-corn, mandarin oranges;
Friday — Whole wheat pancakes, scrambled eggs with veggies, peaches, oatmeal, orange juice.
Beatty Senior Center

One percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Tuesday — BBQ chicken, roasted veggies, broccoli salad, cracked wheat bread w/apricot butter, turkey bean soup, fresh orange;
Wednesday – Oven baked pork chop, steamed brown rice, green beans, applesauce, fresh berries;
Thursday — Beef tacos, ranch style beans, Mexi-corn, orange rice pudding.
