Monday – Chicken teriyaki, fried rice, layered salad, oranges, soup;
Tuesday — Beef tacos, ranch style beans, Mexicorn, rice pudding, soup;
Wednesday – Pulled pork, baked potato, broccoli, peach crisp, split pea soup;
Thursday — Beef tips and mushrooms, rice, asparagus, applesauce, soup;
Friday – Hamburger, hot dogs, lettuce/tomato/onion, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, fruit, soup.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center
The menu (subject to change) for the week of Aug. 28 – Sept. 1:
One percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Monday — Turkey chili, cornbread, mixed green salad, low-sodium/low fat Italian dressing, ambrosia;
Tuesday — Roast beef au jus, steamed white rice, steamed baby lima beans, sliced tomato, oatmeal bran muffin, apple jelly, canned apricot halves;
Wednesday — Chili-cheese baked potato, steamed broccoli, whole wheat banana muffin, peaches, fat-free yogurt;
Thursday — Chicken pot pie, peas and carrots, mixed greens with garbanzo beans, fruited gelatin dessert, 7-grain bread;
Friday — Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, low-sodium sausage, oatmeal, strawberries and banana with yogurt, orange juice.
Beatty Senior Center
The menu (subject to change) for the week of Aug. 28 – Sept. 1:
One percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Tuesday — Lasagna, chopped spinach, garlic bread, fresh orange;
Wednesday – Sweet and sour pork, steamed brown rice, peas and carrots, pineapple slices;
Thursday — Beef patty on whole wheat bun, baked beans, sliced tomato/lettuce/onion, cantaloupe chunks.
