Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Sept. 5 – Sept. 9. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday – CLOSED – Labor Day holiday;

Tuesday — Salisbury steak, au gratin potatoes, mixed veggies, three-bean salad, whole wheat bread, peaches, soup;

Wednesday — Barbecued chicken, sour cream potato salad, steamed spinach, corn, 7-grain bread, banana, soup;

Thursday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, 7-grain bread, squash, colorful salad, mandarin oranges, soup;

Friday – Fish patty with whole wheat bun, baked beans, coleslaw, fresh fruit, soup.

Activities

Monday — CLOSED – Labor Day holiday;

Tuesday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Wednesday — Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m., Rippets (knitting and crocheting), 10 a.m., haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Friday — T.O.P.S. meeting, 7 a.m., exercise class, 9:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Sept. 5 – Sept. 9:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — CLOSED – Labor Day holiday;

Tuesday — Lemon baked fish, whole wheat roll, green peas, long-grain rice, tossed salad, creamy Italian dressing, grapes;

Wednesday — Barbecued pulled pork with roll, oven fried potatoes, steamed green beans, Jell-O with fruit, peaches;

Thursday — Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, low-sodium French dressing, whole wheat bread, peach butter, Chantilly fruit cup;

Friday — Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit in season, orange juice.

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Sept. 5 – Sept. 9:

Two percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday — Lemon baked fish, whole wheat roll, green peas, long-grain rice, tossed salad, creamy Italian dressing, grapes;
