The Nye County District Attorney’s office welcomed two new additions to its team recently.
Bradley Richardson took over the helm of the Nye County deputy district attorney.
Richardson is filling the spot of former Deputy District Attorney Tim Sutton, who started his training as a Nye County manager on Oct. 1.
Before accepting a position in the Nye County District Attorney’s Office in late August, Richardson was a partner with law firm Fennemore Craig, P.C. in Las Vegas. Prior to that, he was a partner with law firm Gordon Silver in Las Vegas.
“I spent a lot of time in Nye County, I have a great passion for the county. I have many friends here. When I heard of this opening, I thought it was a terrific opportunity,” Richardson said in an interview with the Pahrump Valley Times.
Richardson spent 30 years in private practice where he concentrated on commercial litigation, estate planning, probate, guardianship and professional liability law.
Prior to entering private practice, Richardson was chief of the fraud division for the Clark County District Attorney’s office. Before that, he was an assistant city attorney and police legal adviser for the City of Overland Park, Kansas.
Richardson is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of Kansas; the American Bar Association; the American Association for Justice, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Nevada Association for Justice, formerly the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association and past chair of the State Bar of Nevada Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
Another newcomer to the Nye County District Attorney’s office is Ronni Boskovich, who now works as an attorney in the civil division.
Boskovich’s family moved to Southern Nevada when she was 2 years old, and she has lived in Pahrump for most of her life.
Boskovich previously worked as a law clerk at a personal injury firm, Maier Gutierrez & Associates, in Las Vegas.
Boskovich graduated from William S. Boyd School of Law in May 2017. She received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
