District Attorney’s report • Feb. 17, 2017

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Davin James Obarr was charged on Jan. 10 with child abuse and neglect, a felony.

• Randall L. Brown was charged on Jan. 20 with assault with a deadly weapon on an older person, a felony.

• Ronald L. Romaine was charged on Jan. 24 with child abuse and neglect, a felony; driving under the influence of alcohol; contributing to the delinquency of a minor and failure to maintain traffic lane, all misdemeanors.

• Michael Reich was charged on Jan. 26 with prohibited person in possession of firearm(s); trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance, two counts; possession of stolen firearm; and habitual criminal, all felonies.

• Sarah Bruns aka Sarah Reich was charged on Jan. 26 with prohibited person in possession of firearm(s); trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance, two counts; possession of stolen firearm, all felonies.

• Barbara Holinaty was charged on Jan. 26 with prohibited person in possession of firearm(s), a felony.

• Eric L. Jones was charged on Feb. 3 with prohibited person in possession of firearm; assault with a deadly weapon; discharging firearm at or in vehicle, two counts; and habitual criminal, all felonies; and discharging a firearm where a person might be endangered, a gross misdemeanor.

• Ted Timothy James Barcley was charged on Feb. 3 with accessory to assault with a deadly weapon, two counts; accessory to discharging firearm at or in vehicle, two counts, both felonies; and conspiracy to conceal or destroy evidence, a gross misdemeanor.

• Leijania Reshawn Crocket was charged on Feb. 3 with accessory to assault with a deadly weapon, two counts; and accessory to discharging firearm at or in vehicle, two counts, both felonies; accessory to discharging firearm at or in vehicle, two counts; conspiracy to conceal or destroy evidence; and conspiracy to obstruct a police officer, all gross misdemeanors.
