The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Calvin Beasley Jr. was charged on Dec. 30 with theft, a felony.

• Jessica L. Miralli was charged on Feb. 1 with trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II), possession of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, all felonies.

• Jose Zamora-Barragan was charged on Feb. 1 with trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II), possession of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, all felonies.

• Devon Ashley Stokes was charged on Feb. 3 with accessory to assault with a deadly weapon, two counts; accessory to discharging firearm at or in vehicle, two counts, both felonies; discharging a firearm where a person might be endangered and conspiracy to conceal or destroy evidence, both gross misdemeanors.

• Ja Don R. Ware was charged on Feb. 3 with accessory to assault with a deadly weapon, two counts; accessory to discharging firearm at or in vehicle, two counts, both felonies; accessory to discharging firearm at or in vehicle, two counts; conspiracy to conceal or destroy evidence; and conspiracy to obstruct a police officer, all gross misdemeanors.

• Lester Lee Goins was charged on Feb. 7 with domestic battery by strangulation, coercion, assault with a deadly weapon, and beating of a service animal, all felonies.

• Faith Marie Peterson was charged on Feb. 7 with battery by a prisoner and failure to appear after admission to bail, both felonies.

• Calvin Beasley Jr. was charged on Feb. 9 with first degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; second degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; conspiracy to commit kidnapping; coercion involving force; and unlawful possession of firearm, three counts, all felonies.

• Samantha Jaimes Keys was charged on Feb. 9 with first degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; second degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; conspiracy to commit kidnapping; and coercion involving force, all felonies.

• Eric Von Schleicher was charged on Feb. 9 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Elizabeth Soto was charged on Feb. 9 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Jennifer Alice McCormack was charged on Feb. 13 with battery by a prisoner, a felony and obtaining money under false pretenses, a misdemeanor.

• Kenneth Antonio Phillips was charged on Feb. 13 with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Shyann Lavone Ulibarri was charged on Feb. 13 with theft; obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose; obtaining money under false pretenses; conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act; possession of a controlled substance; and unlawful use of a controlled substance, all felonies.

• Samantha Jaimes Keys was charged on Feb. 13 with theft; obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose; and obtaining money under false pretenses, all felonies.

• Gerald James Miller was charged on Feb. 13 with conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act; possession of a controlled substance; and unlawful use of a controlled substance, all felonies.

• Branden Lee Morris was charged on Feb. 13 with conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act; possession of a controlled substance; and unlawful use of a controlled substance, all felonies.

• Josephine Marie Mariano was charged on Feb. 15 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Alan Edward Goldstein was charged on Feb. 17 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Jacob Lee Dowell was charged on Jan. 17 with failure to use due care; vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’; failure to wear helmet; and operating vehicle with false mark or VIN, all misdemeanors.

• Brickquel Marie Stagmeyer was charged on Jan. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

• Octavio Ramirez-Ortiz was charged on Jan. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol and having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle, both misdemeanors.

• Tamera Simkins was charged on Jan. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol and stopping, standing or parking prohibited in specified places, both misdemeanors.

• Marshari L. Spangler-Waldrupe was charged on Jan. 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol; and failure to maintain travel lane, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Kevin Behm was charged on Jan. 30 with false imprisonment, a gross misdemeanor.

• Richard Cleaves was charged on Jan. 30 with unlawful trespass upon land; injury to other property, less than $25; and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.
