The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Tanisha Laree Burgess was charged on Sept. 16 with child abuse and neglect, two counts, a felony.

• John Tony Whitesell was charged on Sept. 18 with possession or control of dangerous weapon or facsimile by incarcerated person, a felony.

• Brandon Lewis Gott was charged on Sept. 19 with burglary, two counts, a felony.

• Susan Schaefer was charged on Sept. 19 with obtaining money under false pretenses, a felony.

• Christopher Roger Kruse was charged on Sept. 16 with domestic battery third offense, a felony.

• Jerry Lynn Duffell, aka Jerry Lynn Duffel, was charged on Sept. 16 with assault with a deadly weapon on an older person, a felony; and unlawful trespass upon land, a misdemeanor.

• Marion Diane Walker was charged on Sept. 19 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, a misdemeanor.

• Sunny Randolph was charged on Sept. 22 with burglary, a felony; and disturbing the peace and battery, both misdemeanors.

• Carolyn J. Minor was charged on Sept. 23 with battery by strangulation and child abuse and neglect, both felonies.

• Christopher William Pallotti was charged on Sept. 23 with battery (strangulation); and coercion, both felonies; and false imprisonment, a gross misdemeanor.

• Jacal Tyrie Pakniat was charged on Sept. 23 with obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, two counts, a felony.

• Angel Escamilla-Gonzalez was charged on Sept. 26 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and battery, a misdemeanor.

• Anthony Guy Gonzales was charged on Sept. 26 with battery by prisoner, a felony; and obstructing a public officer, resisting a public officer, no registration on off-highway vehicle while on highway, failure to wear helmet on off-highway vehicle while on highway and harassment, all misdemeanors.

• Larry Russell Fielding was charged on Sept. 28 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Hunter C. Franklin was charged on Sept. 28 with offense involving stolen property, a felony.

• Jenifer Lee Turman was charged on Sept. 28 with offense involving stolen property, a felony.

• Jonathan Neal Hibbard was charged on Sept. 28 with burglary and malicious prosecution, both felonies; and assault, a misdemeanor.

• Jonathan Gregory Ohnmacht was charged on Sept. 26 with obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, a felony.

• Ashley Ann Winn was charged on Sept. 29 with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor thereby causing the death of another, a felony.

• Emil Ernest Gehart was charged on Sept. 28 with battery by prisoner, three counts; and attempted battery by prisoner, both felonies; battery upon a peace officer, a gross misdemeanor; and obstructing a public officer and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Sylvester J. Bowers was charged on Sept. 16 with discharging a firearm where person might be endangered, a gross misdemeanor.

• Cheque Ramirez was charged on Sept. 20 with open or gross lewdness, a gross misdemeanor.

• Michael A. Tortorello was charged on Sept. 21 with violation of temporary order for protection of children, a gross misdemeanor.

• Tyrus Edward Everett was charged with battery upon a protected person, a gross misdemeanor.
