• Raymond Lee Evans was charged on Feb. 23 with child abuse and neglect, a felony; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Robin Lynn-Marie Todisco was charged on Jan. 19 with offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense; and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, both felonies.

• Cassandra Kay Jones was charged on Feb. 22 with grand larceny, a felony.

• Susan Rachelle Schaefer was charged on Feb. 24 with burglary, four counts, a felony.

• Cody Dennis Baker was charged on Feb. 19 with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled or prohibited substance thereby causing substantial bodily harm to another, a felony.

• Jana Aguilar was charged on Feb. 17 with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Kurtis Matthew Riley was charged on Feb. 24 with possession of a controlled substance, four counts, a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts, a misdemeanor.

Michael Thomas Mullen was charged on Feb. 24 with injury to other property, a gross misdemeanor; and unlawful trespass upon land, a misdemeanor.

• Raymond Dale Clark was charged on Feb. 17 with injury to other property, a gross misdemeanor.

• Marybell M. Sanchez was charged on Feb. 23 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Deyan Sheldon was charged on Feb. 23 with duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property, a misdemeanor.

• Christopher Neal Schenck was charged on Feb. 23 with petit larceny and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Jerry Boston was charged on Feb. 19 with drawing a deadly weapon in a threatening manner, a misdemeanor.

• Marsha April Brooker was charged on Feb. 17 with obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Lennon O’Donnell was charged on Feb. 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, both misdemeanors.

• Susan L. Fuzia was charged on Feb. 23 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Timothy Lester Liapes was charged on Feb. 3 with obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Deborah Taylor-Pavlica was charged on Feb. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic, both misdemeanors.
