• Robert James Marygold was charged on July 29 with murder with use of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm, fraudulent use of credit card or debit card, and theft, all felonies.

• Kelly Braden Hess was charged on July 23 with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and knowingly keeping or maintaining a place where controlled substances are unlawfully used or kept, both felonies.

• Justin Taylor Boggess was charged on July 23 with robbery and battery with intent to commit mayhem, robbery or grand larceny, both felonies.

• Alfred Christopher Gonzales was charged on July 23 with battery by prisoner, a felony.

• Donald Louis Corbitt was charged on July 24 with unlawful uses of a controlled substance and obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, both felonies.

• Edwin Bryan Ogilbee was charged on July 24 with domestic battery by strangulation, a felony, and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Michael James Liebig was charged on July 24 with possession, manufacture, of disposition of short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun; possession of component of explosive or incendiary device; possession of a controlled substance, all felonies; possession of dangerous drug without prescription and possession of instrument with burglarious intent, both gross misdemeanors.
