District Attorney’s Report

• Michael James Sullivan Rollins was charged on Nov. 2 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended; certain unlawful acts; security for payment of tort liabilities required; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• Mario Meza-Bautista was charged on Nov. 2 with obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, a felony; driving without a valid license, security for payment of tort liabilities required, and possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts, all misdemeanors.

• Jacob Ryan Porter was charged on Nov. 4 with burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon; robbery with use of a deadly weapon, two counts; conspiracy to commit robbery, first degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; conspiracy to commit kidnapping; and battery causing substantial bodily harm, all felonies.

• Cassandra Lynn Port was charged on Nov. 4 with burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon; robbery with use of a deadly weapon, two counts; conspiracy to commit robbery, first degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; conspiracy to commit kidnapping, all felonies.

• Pietro Mariano Sr., was charged on Nov. 3 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Jonathon Hubbell was charged on Oct. 27 with obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, two counts, a felony.

• Michael Angelo Locricchio was charged on Nov. 5 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts, a felony; possession of dangerous drug without prescription, a gross misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia and head lamps on motor vehicles and special mobile equipment, both misdemeanors.

• Cassandra Kay Jones was charged on Oct. 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Jeremy Reshawn Walker was charged on Nov. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
