District Attorney’s report, Aug. 19

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

Andrew John Holmgren was charged on Aug. 5 with attempted murder, first degree kidnapping, and coercion, all felonies; and abuse of an older person, a gross misdemeanor.

Asa Paul Hubur was charged on Aug. 4 with failure to appear after admission to bail, a felony.

Harry Wilson Brooks was charged on Aug. 3 with battery by a prisoner and battery upon a peace officer, both felonies.

Xavier Michael McMurtry was charged on Aug. 9 with theft, a felony.

Christopher Mevis was charged on Aug. 5 with eluding peace officer with endangerment to person(s) or property; possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; possession of dangerous drug without prescription, a gross misdemeanor; and domestic battery, second offense and theft, both misdemeanors.

Anthony Denton Oliver was charged on Aug. 9 with grand larceny, burglary, failing to appear and offense involving stolen property, all felonies; and battery upon an officer, a gross misdemeanor.

William Richard Barter was charged on Aug. 12 with abuse of an older or vulnerable person, first offense, two counts; battery on an older person; and assault on an older person, all gross misdemeanors; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Riley William Mitchell was charged on August 2 with unlawful trespass upon land, disturbing the peace and criminal contempt, all misdemeanors.

Sammy Wade Warren was charged on August 3 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Tracy Blake Ponn was charged on August 2 with domestic battery and assault, both misdemeanors.

Cody Joseph Bradley was charged on August 9 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Devon Ashley Stokes was charged on Aug. 9 with obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

Justin Isaac Woodall was charged on Aug. 8 with injury to other property, a misdemeanor.

Ryan Montez Brown was charged on Aug. 5 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Jacob A. Noel was charged on Aug. 8 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
