Robert Edward Carter was charged on July 8 with battery with use of a deadly weapon, battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm, and battery causing substantial bodily harm, all felonies.

Robert Lee Fortner was charged on July 8 with lewdness with a child under 14 years of age, two counts, a felony.

Jennifer Lynn Hoppe was charged on July 8 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Aaron Michael Hoover was charged on July 11 with burglary and attempting to obtain and use personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, both felonies.

Juan M. Quiroga was charged on July 8 with opening or maintaining of place for unlawful sale, gift or use of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II), all felonies.

Jordan Lee Tapp was charged on July 15 with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II); possession of firearm(s) by certain person prohibited; and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act, all felonies.

Miguel Angel Perez was charged on July 8 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Nickima Danielle McGriff was charged on July 7 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Ronald Yunker was charged on June 23 with child abuse and neglect, two counts, a felony.

Charles Ramos. Jr., was charged on July 11 with grand larceny and burglary, both felonies; and obtaining money under false pretenses, a misdemeanor.

Brenda Hellen Garrison was charged on June 24 with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II), first offense, a felony.

David Alan Metcalfe was charged on July 8 with attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon on an older person; battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm on older person, six counts; abuse of an older person with a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm; resisting public officer with use of a deadly weapon; and habitual criminal, all felonies.

Lila Ashmore was charged on July 8 with accessory to attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon on an older person; accessory to battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm on older person, seven counts; preventing or dissuading victim, person acting on behalf of victim, or witness from reporting crime, commencing prosecution or causing arrest, all felonies.

Antonio Carrillo was charged on July 15 with trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance; conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act; offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense; and possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.

Kerry Laraine Brouillette was charged on June 22 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

Daniel Roarke was charged on July 11 with discharging a firearm where person might be endangered, a gross misdemeanor; and possession of a firearm when under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or other intoxicating beverage, a misdemeanor.

Jesse Michael Crain aka Jesse Michael Crain-Schroeder, was charged on July 14 with possession of dangerous weapon, first offense, a gross misdemeanor; and obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

James Robert Petta was charged on July 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense; driving on highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic; and driving without a valid license, all misdemeanors.

Roland George Anderson was charged on July 8 with vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’, a misdemeanor.

Mary Alice Chambers was charged on July 8 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

James Steven Carder was charged on June 24 with contributory delinquency, a misdemeanor.

Toni DeAngelis was charged on June 24 with possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’, both misdemeanors.
