• Robert Lee Fortner was charged on July 8 with lewdness with a child under 14 years of age, two counts, a felony.
• Jennifer Lynn Hoppe was charged on July 8 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
• Aaron Michael Hoover was charged on July 11 with burglary and attempting to obtain and use personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, both felonies.
• Juan M. Quiroga was charged on July 8 with opening or maintaining of place for unlawful sale, gift or use of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II), all felonies.
• Jordan Lee Tapp was charged on July 15 with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II); possession of firearm(s) by certain person prohibited; and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act, all felonies.

• Charles Ramos. Jr., was charged on July 11 with grand larceny and burglary, both felonies; and obtaining money under false pretenses, a misdemeanor.
• Brenda Hellen Garrison was charged on June 24 with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II), first offense, a felony.
• David Alan Metcalfe was charged on July 8 with attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon on an older person; battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm on older person, six counts; abuse of an older person with a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm; resisting public officer with use of a deadly weapon; and habitual criminal, all felonies.
