District Attorney’s report, March 20

• Michael Roger Henderson was charged on March 4 with sexual assault with a child under 14 and lewdness with a child under 14 years of age, two counts, both felonies.

• Jeffrey Kristopher Yang was charged on March 6 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana first offense, both misdemeanors; unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood; basic speed; possession of drug paraphernalia; and unlawful use or possession with intent to use drug, chemical, poison or organic solvent to induce euphoria or hallucinations, all misdemeanors.

• Eric Von Schleicher was charged on March 6 with possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act; and unlawful use of a controlled substance, two counts, all felonies.

Daniel Joseph Wright was charged on March 12 with burglary, unlawful use of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, all felonies; petit larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Christopher William Sparks was charged on March 12 with domestic battery, third offense, a felony.

• Juan Alvarez, aka Juan Jaimez-Alvarez, aka Juan Jaimes Alvarez, aka Martin Revera Toledo, aka Julio Hernandez Jimenez, aka Ernesto Hernandez-Maldonado was charged on March 10 with trafficking in schedule I controlled substances; and offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to schedule I or II controlled substance, first offense, both felonies.

• Zackery Allen Crabtree was charged on March 10 with invasion of the home, a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Joshua Robert Horne was charged on March 3 with domestic battery by strangulation, a felony.

• Derrick Lee Davis was charged on March 9 with felon in possession of firearm(s), a felony.

• Carl Van Fort was charged on March 6 with burglary with deadly weapon, first degree kidnapping with deadly weapon of a person 60 years of age or older; coercion, three counts; theft; and conspiracy to commit robbery, all felonies; and unlawful trespass upon land, a misdemeanor.

• William Anthony Jones was charged on March 6 with burglary; robbery with use of deadly weapon of a person 60 years of age or older, two counts; robbery with use of deadly weapon of a vulnerable person, two counts; theft; and conspiracy to commit robbery, all felonies.

• Shaun Eric Neubert was charged on March 6 with burglary with deadly weapon, robbery with use of deadly weapon of a person 60 years of age or older, two counts, robbery with use of deadly weapon of a vulnerable person, battery with use of a deadly weapon on a vulnerable person, coercion, three counts; theft; and conspiracy to commit robbery, all felonies.

• Christopher Roger Kruse was charged on March 10 with basic speed; driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• Dakota Ashton McGuffee was charged on March 11 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, a misdemeanor.

• Benjamin Michael Noyes was charged on March 11 with driving on right side of road required and (failure to obtain) license issued by this state required when person becomes resident, both misdemeanors.

• Kevin John Battaglia was charged on March 10 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor.

• Peter Florio was charged on March 11 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
