• Jason Allen Klipple was charged on May 8 with first degree kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first degree kidnapping, both felonies; and obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Tammy Denise Ehart was charged on May 8 with first degree kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first degree kidnapping, both felonies; and obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Milton Craig Miller was charged on April 30 with preventing or dissuading victim, person acting on behalf of victim, or witness from reporting crime, commencing prosecution or causing arrest, a felony.

• Keith Owen Watts was charged on May 11 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Jaya Keahonui Titcomb was charged on May 11 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; driving without a Nevada license; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a hypodermic device, all misdemeanors.

• Michael Estrella was charged on May 6 with grand larceny of motor vehicle; offense involving motor vehicle; conspiracy to commit theft; pandering; living from earnings of prostitute, all felonies; conspiracy to commit prostitution, a gross misdemeanor; and obtaining money under false pretenses, a misdemeanor.

• Randi Lyn Vice was charged on May 7 with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Ronald Lloyd Little was charged on May 8 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Jimmy Ray Saunders was charged on May 1 with uttering forged instrument, a felony.

• Mene Dambrowski was charged on May 11 with indecent or obscene exposure and open or gross lewdness, both gross misdemeanors.

• Jannette Jordan Robertson was charged on May 1 with prostitution and obtaining money under false pretenses, both misdemeanors.

• Gennice Annette Walker was charged on May 1 with prostitution, a misdemeanor.

• Phillip Russell was charged on April 30 with domestic battery, first offense, a misdemeanor.
