• Todd Curtis Jackson was charged on Oct. 10 with felony burglary, and conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit petit larceny, both gross misdemeanors.

Jacob Aaron Elrod was charged on Oct. 10 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

James Robert Chandler was charged on Oct. 13 with burglary; conspiracy to commit obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose; obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, all of which are felonies.

Louis John Landrau, III was charged on Oct. 10 with felony burglary, and conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit petit larceny, both gross misdemeanors.

• Anne Elizabeth Adams was charged on Oct. 13 with burglary; conspiracy to commit obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose; obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, all of which are felonies.

• John Patrick Gabriel Turner was charged on Oct. 14 with statutory sexual seduction, a felony.

• Jacob Christopher Gunn was charged on Oct. 20 with domestic battery (strangulation) and domestic violence, third offense, both felonies.

• Jennifer Alice McCormack was charged on Oct. 20 with battery on an older person, a gross misdemeanor.

• Terry Lee Penoyer was charged on Oct. 14 with false imprisonment, child endangerment, both of which are gross misdemeanors, and domestic battery (strangulation), a felony.

• Charles Badie Phillips was charged on Oct. 10 with injury to property, a felony, and injury to property, a gross misdemeanor; duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property and immediate notice to police officer of accident involving unattended vehicle or other property, both misdemeanors.

• Thomas Hernandez was charged on Oct. 10 with disturbing the peace, a misdemeanor.

• Gilbert Hernandez was charged on Oct. 10 with disturbing the peace, a misdemeanor.

• Jeffrey Paul Meeh was charged on Oct. 14 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• David Luis Martinez was charged on Oct. 14 with false imprisonment, a misdemeanor.

• Tomarey K. Patterson was charged on Oct. 13 with harassment, a misdemeanor.

• Jason Corey Watson was charged on Oct. 14 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Patrick Gaffney was charged on Oct. 20 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
