Business: ProCare Hospice Marketer and Community Outreach
Age: 55
Background: “I was born in New York City and spent most of the next 40 years growing up in the Bronx and Long Island. I was the youngest of six children which didn’t give me a pass on the daily household duties of setting the table, cleaning up. I spent 20-plus years in investment banking, working as an administrative assistant for the same person for sixteen of those years. I was at Ground Zero on 9/11 and after surviving the day, it was time to relocate. My family and I moved to Pahrump in January of 2002 and I used my skills to transition into home health services and hospice.”
First Job: “I worked as a mail runner for an investment banking firm on Wall Street.”
Years In Business: “I have spent 20 years as an investment banker and the last 11 years in health care.”
Personal: “As an altruist, hospice offers the perfect setting to assist and provide for others who need help. I like doing charity work. I am active in the American Cancer Society for many years as well as the food bank and various fundraising charity events.”
Business Climate: “Pahrump is a town with a heart and we look out for each other, but it needs better infrastructure to provide both business and personal growth.”
