• Christopher Daniel Badia was charged on July 27 with invasion of the home, a felony.
• Diane Lee Lake was charged on Aug. 21 with unlawful use of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; possession or sale of document or personal identifying information to establish false status or identity, all felonies; and destroying evidence; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
• Heather Leanne Chigro was charged on Aug. 21 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.
• Ryan Montez Brown was charged on Aug. 23 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.
• Scott Patton was charged on Aug. 24 with assault with a deadly weapon, four counts, a felony; and possession of a firearm when under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or other intoxicating substance, a misdemeanor.
• Tyler Scott Sunderland was charged on Aug. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
• Marcelo Rene Morales Jr. was charged on Aug. 9 with possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of temporary or extended domestic violence protective order, both misdemeanors.
• Misty Rae Napolitano was charged on Aug. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain traffic lane, both misdemeanors.
• Okal Clair Chess was charged on Aug. 24 with failure to maintain lane and driving without a valid license, both misdemeanors.
• Dustin Lee Mitchell was charged on Aug. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
