Nye County District Attorney’s report

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Labrea Denise Armstrong was charged on Aug. 18 with burglary, a felony; and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Jamie A. Bircumshaw was charged on Aug. 28 with offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to schedule I or II controlled substance, second offense; and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act, second offense, both misdemeanors.

• Austin Anthony Eyserbeck was charged on Sept. 5 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance; license plate lamps required; driving without a valid license; and no insurance, all misdemeanors.

• Frank Eugene Casey was charged on Sept. 5 with first-degree arson, a felony; and damage of property used for religious, memorial, educational, transportation or community purposes, a gross misdemeanor.

• Duane Andrew Johnson was charged on Sept. 6 with battery causing substantial bodily harm, a felony.

• Bryan Teal was charged on Sept. 6 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts, a felony; and driving without a valid license and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Paul Michael Dottore was charged on Sept. 7 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Judith Anne Golden was charged on Sept. 8 with battery by a prisoner and habitual criminal, both felonies.

• Tina Marie Castillo was charged on Aug. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol and license plate lamp required, both misdemeanors.

• Anthony Alex Vasquez Jr., was charged on Aug. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol and approach to stopped authorized emergency vehicle making use of flashing lights, both misdemeanors.

• Greg Webb was charged on Aug. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Kyle Robert Augustine was charged on Aug. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood and no insurance, both misdemeanors.

• Jack Carson was charged on Aug. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Clifton Davis Pappas was charged on Aug. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; vehicle entering or exiting controlled-access highway: duty to yield right of way; and security for payment of tort liabilities required, all misdemeanors.
