Nye County District Attorney’s report

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Joseph Martin Little was charged on Oct. 4 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and driving without a valid license; certain unlawful acts; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• Keith Joseph Coppock was charged on Oct. 9 with domestic battery, third offense; and coercion, both felonies.

• Devin Jezair Riley was charged on Oct. 10 with uttering forged instrument and burglary, both felonies.

• Gary J. Barber was charged on Oct. 11 with eluding peace officer with endangerment to person(s) or property; and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies; driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood; speeding, 11 to 20 mph over; and driving on divided highway, all misdemeanors.

• Gregory E. Uribe was charged on Oct. 12 with battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm; and felon in possession of firearm(s), both felonies; and aiming a firearm at a human being; discharging a firearm where person might be endangered, a gross misdemeanor.

• Jeremy Igou was charged on Oct. 18 with ex-felon in possession of firearm(s), six counts; possession, manufacture of disposition of short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun, two counts; and habitual criminal, all felonies.

• Evan James Spencer-Torres was charged on Sept. 25 with injury to other property, a misdemeanor.

• Michael John Lahey was charged on Oct. 3 with running at large, a misdemeanor.

• Joseph Glen Snell was charged on Oct. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Eric Shiloh Stillman was charged on Oct. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol and tail lamps required, both misdemeanors.

• Tanner Mcloyd Yazzie was charged on Oct. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol; driving on highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle; and driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended, all misdemeanors.

• Rebecca Marie Edwards was charged on Oct. 6 with fail to display license plate and/or no registration; driving while license canceled, revoked, or suspended; and no insurance, all misdemeanors.

• Toby Reed Jones was charged on Oct. 6 with eluding a peace officer; operator of off-highway vehicle on highway failure to signal turn; operator of off-highway vehicle on highway failure to stop at stop sign; and no registration on off-highway vehicle while on highway, all misdemeanors.

• Phillip A. Windholz was charged on Oct. 9 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Evan James Spencer-Torres was charged on Oct. 10 with injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

• John Quinn Vickers was charged on Oct. 10 with injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

• Zoltan Hovanyecz was charged on Oct. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol; failure to maintain travel lane; and having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle, all misdemeanors.

• Lindsey Marie Hansen was charged on Oct. 11 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Richard Edward Pence was charged on Oct. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol; possession of a firearm when under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or other intoxicating substance; and head lamps on motor vehicles and special mobile equipment, all misdemeanors.
