Nye County District Attorney’s report

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Jamie A. Bircumshaw was charged on Nov. 29 with offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to schedule I or II controlled substance, second offense; and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act, second offense, both felonies.

• Jeffrey Alan Walbridge was charged on Dec. 7 with fourth-degree arson and habitual criminal, both felonies.

• Angelique Karin Klinkner was charged on Dec. 5 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Eric Raymond Caldwell was charged on Dec. 1 with burglary, two counts; fraudulent use of credit card or debit card or identifying description of credit account or debit card, two counts, both felonies; and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Joshua Lee Oliveira was charged on Oct. 25 with registration with local law enforcement officer within 48 hours, a misdemeanor.

• Juan Dedios Castillo was charged on Nov. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol; slow driving; and driving without a valid license, all misdemeanors.

• John Christopher Black was charged on Nov. 21 with hunting out of season, a misdemeanor.

• Bennie J. Munoz III was charged on Nov. 27 with battery, two counts, a misdemeanor.

• Robert Edward Carter Jr. was charged on Nov. 29 with intoxicated pedestrian on highway, a misdemeanor.

• Laurie Christine Osborne was charged on Dec. 4 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Steven Kenneth Bant was charged on Dec. 4 with violation of order for protection against domestic violence, two counts, a misdemeanor.

• Carmine Pierro was charged on Dec. 4 with battery upon a health care provider, a gross misdemeanor.

• Terry Lee James was charged on Dec. 5 with battery and resisting a public officer, both misdemeanors.
