The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Alexander Michael Cook was charged on June 1 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Apryle Dawn Patterson was charged on June 12 with grand larceny, a felony.

• Jonathan Patterson was charged on June 12 with grand larceny, a felony.

• Tammy Lee Little was charged on June 12 with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Frank Dale was charged on June 12 with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Emilio Quintero was charged on June 15 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Kathleen Marie Mead was charged on June 15 with child abuse and neglect, a gross misdemeanor.

• Richard Adams was charged on June 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• Ernest Edward Nazelrod was charged on June 14 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Sheena Sherie Holt was charged on June 15 with driving while license canceled, revoked, or suspended; and no insurance, both misdemeanors.

• Sigifredo Padilla was charged on June 16 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Guadalupe Moncada was charged on June 16 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; failure to maintain travel lane; driving while license canceled, revoked, or suspended; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• Michael Sean McDonald was charged on June 19 with battery by a prisoner, a felony; and battery on an older person and battery upon a health care provider, both gross misdemeanors.

• Teresa Shepherd was charged on June 20 with offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, a felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Thomas Luke Corbett was charged on June 21 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts, a felony.

• Robert A. Butcher was charged on March 9 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Leah Ann Aldridge was charged on May 17 with driving while license canceled, revoked or suspended, two counts; operating motor vehicle without registration or plate, two counts; possession of fictitious, canceled, revoked, suspended or altered registration or plate; no insurance; and obstructing a public officer, all misdemeanors.

• Andre Albert Villa was charged on June 14 with theft, a misdemeanor.

• Rondall Charles Hatch was charged on June 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol; vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’; and failure to maintain travel lane, all misdemeanors.

• Susan Holland was charged on June 19 with battery, two counts, a misdemeanor.

• Gail L. Ross was charged on June 20 with driving without a valid license, certain unlawful acts, security for payment of tort liabilities required, obstructing a public officer, and resisting a public officer, all misdemeanors.

• Edward Lewis Steeves was charged on June 22 with false reporting of a crime, two counts, a misdemeanor.
