The U.S. Highway 95 between Tonopah and the State Route 160 interchange has been reopened.
The Nye County School District announced this afternoon that the schools in Amargosa Valley and Beatty will resume classes Tuesday.
Nye County Manager Pam Webster and Public Works Director Dave Fanning will give an update on the county’s decleration of emergency and what orders were given during the regular county commission meeting on Tuesday.
