The tale of a Halloween hero
Stranded with the witches and hobgoblins of Halloween and a broken down truck with no way of going trick-or-treating in sight, till a white sheriff’s car pulls up with some light.
He rescued my family and delivered us home, with his words of, “There is more candy to get out there.”
We headed back out, driving another car into the Halloween night.
To our rescuer, our Undersheriff Officer Moody, I thank you for your help and the retrieval of 25 pounds of trick-or-treat delight!!
Thank you again from the fairy without flight. You made my Halloween night!
