The Trojans girls volleyball team was at the Las Vegas Invitational, a high-quality tournament that sees some of the top volleyball teams in Nevada and California perform. Pahrump won one and lost five matches. Two of those teams ended up being in the top three at the tournament, Ramona and Central. Ramona won the tournament.

Pahrump beat Cheyenne 2-0 on Friday.

Pahrump lost to Bonanza 2-1, Ramona (California) 2-0, Elsinore (California) 2-0.

On Saturday Pahrump lost to Central (California) 2-0, Durango 2-0 and an unknown opponent.

Junior varsity football defeated Eldorado 48-0.

The Trojans girls soccer team played at the Mesquite Cup Tournament on Friday and Saturday and won two of three games, finishing in third place.

On Friday they beat Virgin Valley 3-0 and then lost to Las Vegas 2-1.

On Saturday the Trojans played Moapa Valley and won 2-0. The winner of the tournament was Desert Oasis, who beat Las Vegas 4-0 in the championship match.

Trojans cross-country ran on Tuesday at Sunrise Mountain.

Beatty girls volleyball started on Tuesday at Trona and then travel to Tonopah for a tournament on Friday and Saturday.

Hornets football is at Big Pine this Friday at 3 p.m.
