The Beatty High School student council flew into action on Sept. 13 when they found out that Indian Springs had to forfeit the game between the two schools. The council made numerous phone calls and put together a fun flag football game between the student body and alumni (who looked like the cast from the “Expendables”). The game filled the bleachers and saved the hot dogs and hamburgers from going bad in the concession stand.
