A man riding a motorized dirt bike while allegedly taunting a Nye County Sheriff’s Deputy was arrested on felony charges after he led additional deputies on a high-speed pursuit Monday afternoon.
In November, state voters passed Question 2, allowing adults 21 and older to recreationally use marijuana in their homes without fear of arrest and incarceration.
The Nye County Water District could go away if the bill that seeks to abolish it finds support in the Legislature.
